Vial Essentials does not necessarily directly store complete payment card information.

Vial Essentials currently provides delivery to supported European markets as displayed during checkout.

Available delivery destinations may change from time to time.

Estimated delivery times are displayed on the website, during checkout, or in order communications.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, delivery dates and transit times are estimates.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, public authority actions, or other extraordinary events.

We will handle delivery delays in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Vial Essentials is not responsible for additional delivery costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Risk of loss or damage to products purchased by an EU consumer passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the products, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

EU and EEA consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from distance purchases within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Purchases made through the Vial Essentials online store are made directly with the legal entity operating Vial Essentials.

Shopify is not the seller of Vial Essentials products.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by Vial Essentials or the fulfilment of purchases made directly from Vial Essentials.

Nothing in this section affects any rights you may have directly against Shopify in circumstances where Shopify is independently legally responsible for its own services or processing activities.
